The owner of the property died on 3rd November, 1995. A complaint has been lodged against the present petitioners on the ground that they have forged and fabricated the deed of gift in which a dead person was shown as the donor. The beneficiary is the mother of the present petitioners. The present petitioners are the witnesses.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature of involvement of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.
