The learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that the remedy of the petitioner lies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the proper forum in accordance with law.
