The petitioner has submitted a representation on 1st September, 2025 before the Inspector in charge, Kakdwip Police Station, being the 4th respondent herein contending certain allegations against the private respondent/accused. The 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation and necessary consequential steps be taken in that regard.

The police authority shall keep strict vigil over the area and ensure safety and security of the petitioner and her family members as well as maintain peace and tranquility in the area.

With the above observation and direction the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
