1. By this public interest litigation the petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to forthwith consider the representation by which the petitioner has highlighted the condition of a road which is absolutely impossible to be used either by pedestrians or by the two wheelers. Photographs in this regard have also been annexed to the writ petition.

2. Since the learned advocate appearing for the respondent/Municipality, namely, 5th and 6th respondents does not have any written instruction, we do not express any opinion on the allegations made, but would direct the 5th and 6th respondents to consider the representation dated 14.07.2023 which is a mass petition and immediately conduct an inspection of the area and take all steps to repair the road to make it usable.

3. The representation be considered and action be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

4. In order to facilitate the compliance of the above direction, the petitioner is directed to forward the copy of the earlier representation along with photographs as well as copy of this order to the 5th and 6th respondents who shall take note of the same and take action in terms of the above direction.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
