< ,, It appears that there is inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated June 15, 2023, which is to be corrected in the following manner:

In the cause-title, the number of the writ petition has wrongly been typed as 'W.P.A. 3270 of 2015' but it should be 'W.P.A. 3270 of 2020'. The other part of the order dated June 15, 2023 shall remain unchanged.

The order dated June 15, 2023, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated June 15, 2023.

Department is directed to effect the necessary correction in the order dated June 15, 2023.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis.
