We have considered the materials on record. Statements of BSF officials show petitioner and co-accuseds were dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity. They also resisted the officers who suffered injuries. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in September, 2020. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
