Mr. Sakti Pada Jana ... for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ..for the Board By way of a report of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education it has been stated that the petitioner's allegation is not applicable to the persons, he named in the writ application as the petitioner was a Bengali medium candidate whereas the other two candidates he has named are of Hindi medium.

The petitioner has submitted that his name has not been disclosed in the break up.

If the petitioner thinks that he has to say something in this respect, he has to file a separate writ application from which nobody can debar him. However, this writ application is not entertained after receiving the report of the Board and the writ application is dismissed.
