It is also submitted that there is delay in trial of the case.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State produces report with regard to the status of the proceeding. Let the report be kept with the record.

We have considered materials on record. After rejection of bail by this Court first Investigating Officer was partly examined. Subsequently, Presiding Officer was transferred. Hence, delay in the matter cannot be wholly attributed to the prosecution.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
