Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of petitioner No.2 was rejected on merits earlier. There are materials to show 25 kgs. of ganja was recovered from the residence of the petitioners. At the time of raid, petitioner No.2 fled away.

4. In view of the aforesaid materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
