Petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerheads regarding a property.

So far as the right, title and interest of the property is concerned that is not the look out of the Writ Court to decide.

However, from the police report it reflects that a long standing dispute is existing between the petitioners and the private respondents. Police authorities have kept a strict vigil. Police authorities would maintain law and order and ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21570 of 2025 disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
