Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved by the police excesses.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State has submitted a report that pursuant to the information received by Malipanchaghora Police Station a case being Malipanchaghora PS case no.

00(7)/2025 dated 17.07.2025 was registered for investigation. Preliminary steps were taken and on an assessment of the facts it was found by the police authorities that the jurisdiction of the case would lie within Mahanagar Police Station, Lacknow, Uttar Pradesh. Hence the FIR of Malipanchaghora PS case no. 00(7)/2025 dated 17.07.2025 has been sent to Mahanagar Police Station, Uttar Pradesh.

Having considered that presently within the domain of this High Court, no case is there for

adjudication, petitioner will well be advised to approach the jurisdictional High Court or the Court concerned. With the aforesaid observations WPA 21580 of 2025 disposed of.

In view of the question of jurisdiction, the merits of the case has not been entered into by this Court. Petitioner would be at liberty to advance such contention before the jurisdictional Court.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
