1. In paragraph 6 of the bail petition the petitioner has stated that the victim has been declared hostile at the trial. This is a patently false statement as has been demonstrated by the learned advocates for the State and de facto complainant by producing a copy of the deposition of the victim girl.

2. We are not inclined to, even consider the bail petition of such a dishonest applicant.

3. CRM (DB) 2897 of 2024 is dismissed.
