Father is before Court in this writ of habeas corpus seeking relief with regard to his daughter. 2.

It is admitted at the bar that the daughter in question is an adult.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in his usual fairness submits that, the petitioner received a phone call from the daughter stating that the daughter is unwilling to meet the petitioner or to take any assistance from the petitioner.

State and the private respondents are represented.

As noted above, the daughter of the writ petitioner who is a private respondent herein is an adult. 6.

In such circumstances, we find no ground to keep the habeas corpus writ petition pending.

WPA (H) 78 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
