Execution Case No. 214 of 2023 in connection with the Misc. Case No. 276 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim maintenance by an order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman on August 18, 2022 in Misc.Case No. 276 of 2020. The petitioner filed an execution case in connection with the said order, which is still pending.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Purba Bardhaman is directed to take the execution case to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 3739 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
