The learned Registrar General of this Court has filed a report. It appears that the hearing of the petitioner's application has been completed and the matter is pending for delivery of Award.

In so far as the Labour Department of the State is concerned, it is submitted that except two more, all the other vacancies in the Tribunals have already been filled up or are in the process of being filled up. 3.

It is expected that all the vacancies are filled up as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
