This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No.119 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court at Howrah.

Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the next date of hearing of the said application has been fixed by the learned Trial Judge on 11th December, 2023. He further submits that the said application is otherwise ready for hearing.

On the basis of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, C.O. 3073 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court at Howrah to take up the hearing of the application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on 11th December, 2023 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before the end

of January, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
