APP Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ...... for the State Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
