1. Report filed by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) be kept with the records.

2. The petitioners pray for confirmation of interim bail that was granted to them on September 6, 2024.

3. Mr. Maiti, learned senior Counsel appearing for NCB, strongly opposes the prayer for confirmation of interim bail.

4. From the report filed in Court today, it does not appear that the trial is likely to conclude on an early date.

5. It is also not the case of NCB that the petitioners have flouted any of the conditions of interim bail which was granted to them on September 6, 2024.

6. Hence, we are inclined to and do confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioners are enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted.

7. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1381 of 2024 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same terms and conditions.
