The petitioner is the mother in law of the 9th respondent and alleges that the 9th respondent is torturing and assaulting her and disturbing her peaceful possession in the property in question.
It appears that there is a long standing matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 9th respondent and both the parties have filed complaints against each other. On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to take necessary steps before the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance.
In the meantime, the police authority is directed to keep strict vigil over the area so that no untoward incident takes place and there is no breach of law and order. The police authority shall render necessary assistance and protection to the petitioner as and when required.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
