The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly has filed a report before this Court and the same is taken on record. A copy of the same be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly has stated in his report that the vacancies in the schools chosen by the petitioner have been filed up.

The Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission has made a fair submission before this Court that the writ petitioner could sit with him on Monday i.e. 13th February, 2023 at 2 pm and the vacancies in any schools nearby the schools chosen by the petitioner would be indicated and offered to him.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
