The petitioner prays for quashing the proceeding being case no.BW/2023/0118/10 dated 20th February, 2023 pending before the Revenue Officer, West Bengal Land Reforms Office, Joypur, Bankura under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the petitioner's grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 21406 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
