1. Affidavit of service filed in Court be kept on record.

2. The petitioner claims certain right, title and interest in a property in respect of which an order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 26th February, 2024 in WPA 21886 of 2023 (Tapash Kumar Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) for consideration of representation for execution of free hold deed in respect of the land allotted in favour of the petitioner's predecessors in interest upon giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the instant petitioner was not a party in the aforesaid writ petition but notice of hearing was given to the petitioner where the petitioner attended. Hearing was conducted on 2nd April, 2024 and 30th April, 2024 by the authority in compliance of the direction passed by the Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

4. The fate of the hearing has not been made known to the petitioner till date.

5. It has been submitted that two Civil Suits in respect of the subject property is pending consideration before the learned Court.

6. None represents the private respondent.

7. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Deputy Refugee Rehabilitation Commissioner to communicate the fate of the hearing conducted in compliance of the direction passed by the Court on 26th February, 2024, if not communicated in the meantime.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
