The petitioners were not represented on December 21, 2020 when the matter was called on for hearing but to give a chance to the petitioners to press the revisional application the opposite parties were directed to serve a notice upon the learned advocate for the petitioners. Such notice has already been served but none appears on behalf of the petitioners today also. It appears that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the matter.

C.O. 3580 of 2019 is, therefore, dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

The learned Appeal Court below is requested to expedite the disposal of the appeal.
