The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Chakdaha Police Station in registering FIR in respect of a complaint that discloses a cognizable offence.

The writ petitioner also complained to the S. P., Ranaghat Police District.

The writ petitioner may take out appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C.

The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The petitioner is not in any way harmed by the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
