Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Manasi Roy, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioner expresses his grievance in connection with All Women Police Station Jhargram Case No. 86 of 2019 dated 31.10.2019 which was committed to the court of Sessions and warrant of arrest was issued on the first date as has been submitted. Petitioner was earlier granted bail on 6th February, 2022.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was also on bail, I direct that in case the petitioner appears before the learned Sessions Judge, Jhargram in connection with S. C. No. 66 of 2023 on or before 30th September, 2023 then in that case, the petitioner would be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. The execution of warrant of arrest so issued be kept in abeyance till 3rd October, 2023. In case the petitioner do not appear within the

aforesaid date, the learned Sessions Court would exhaust harsher law for compelling appearance of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3355 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
