Counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the order passed by this Court dated March 24, 2022 in WPA 26193 of 2017 has been complied with by an order dated September 8, 2022. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors has handed over the documents.

Counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that that this Court has set aside the order passed by the appellate authority and as such, the order of the disciplinary authority is merged with the order of appellate authority. In compliance with the order passed by this Court, the respondents have released consequential benefit to the petitioner by an order dated September 8, 2022. Let the documents filed by the alleged contemnor be kept with the record.

Counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the respondents have complied with the order. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. Rule, if any, issued is also dropped.

It is made clear that in the event if the order dated September 8, 2022 issued by the authorities in compliance with the order passed by this Court, the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the pay fixation, he will be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

CPAN 975 of 2022 is disposed of.
