The petitioner's husband expired in the year 2018. From 2009 to 2018 he did not raise any objection as to such termination. Now after his expiry, the petitioner has come up for family pension. I think that family pension cannot be given to the petitioner as the service of her husband was terminated and her husband never got any pension.

Though the learned advocate for the respondents are not appearing today, I hold that this writ application does not have any merit and, therefore, it is dismissed. However, on the prayer of the petitioner, I direct the authorities to look into the matter of payment of provident fund and other dues admissible to the

petitioner. If there are such dues, it is to be paid within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
