1. Mr. Biplab Roy, the alleged contemnor no. 5 is personally present with an affidavit of compliance in terms of our earlier order. The said affidavit of compliance is taken on record. The said contemnor affirmed the affidavit on 01.5.2025 has stated as follows with regard to the demolition;- "13. That, compliance with the order dated 04.04.2025 day to day progress made for demolition of unauthorized structures since October, 2023 till 11th April 2025 have been stated. Further steps taken for demolition to reach its logical end have also been narrated in the instant affidavits.

14. That a perusal of the report will show that the demolition of unauthorized structures at 4th floor, 5th floor and 6th floor in the Holding No. 233/3, Netaji Subhas Road, Police Station Shibpur, District - Howrah, Pin - 711101, Ward No. 25 has reached its logical end and entire unauthorized portions of the holding has become noninhabitable and non-accessible."

2. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application is disposed of regarding compliance. Rule is discharged accordingly.
