The order dated July 08, 2022, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated July 08, 2022.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt application, being CPAN 1179 of 2019 is treated as disposed of.

Re.: IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 The application, being IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 for addition of party has been filed by the private respondent. In the light of the order passed in Court today nothing remain in the application and the said application is also disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
