The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 14.06.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in M.R. Case No. 354( iv) by 9 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Perused the contention in the petition as well as the impugned judgment the petitioner was directed to pay a paultry sum of Rs. 600/- per month to the opposite party as maintenance. The learned trial court conclusively determined the status of the opposite party to be the legally married wife to the petitioner as maintained in Paragraphs D and E of the impugned judgment. Under such circumstances, this court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order which has been reasoned. Accordingly, the instant revisional applications are dismissed. The interim orders if any stand vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the department and learned trial court for information.
