The petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher at Chandaneswar High School (H.S) Bhangar, District- 24Parganas (South), he is praying mutual transfer with respondent no. 7, who is working as an Assistant Teacher at Rajdanga P.M. High School, District- Jalpaiguri.

Their applications for such mutual transfer are pending consideration before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein. The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose the prayer of the petitioner and the respondent no.7 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving them an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 21415 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
