1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and stands on the same footing with Ennal Sk. whose bail prayer has been rejected. Incriminating articles have also been recovered.

3. In view of gravity of the offence and materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
