The writ petitioner claims that the private respondents are encroaching upon his land and are trying to construct a road to assist the PHE. 2.

This Court is of the view that the remedy of the petitioner is either civil or statutory forum or directly against the PHE.

The Police have no role to play in the matter. The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
