This application is directed for an order that the learned trial court shall take step to dispose of the complaint case No.84 of 2019 under Section 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court at Howrah.

Upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the learned advocates, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing service of notice upon the opposite party no.2 as the main opposite party is before this court. Thus, this application is disposed with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Howrah to dispose of complaint case No.84 of 2019 very expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed. In the event any interlocutory application is pending before the learned Magistrate the same should also be taken into consideration and dispose without granting unnecessary adjournments.
