It is an admitted position before this Court that tomorrow has been fixed for the purpose of making the final order or assessment.

In view of the foregoing, there is no justification to keep the writ petition pending. Let the final order of assessment be passed after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall be entitled to raise objections before the assessing officer in accordance with law. The final order of assessment shall be duly communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing the order.

Accordingly, WPA 21591 of 2025 stands disposed of.
