1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had fired at the victim. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who are on bail. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
