Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that he do not intend to proceed with the present revisional application. Having regard to the prayers so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 3357 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he intends to prefer an appeal under Section 29 of the PWDV Act before the jurisdictional court. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate upon the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.
