The show cause notice dated 11th August, 2021 and the memo dated 5th September, 2022 are assailed in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the State respondents submits that both the notice and the memo shall be withdrawn by the authority by tomorrow.

A letter issued by the Additional Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Department of Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation on 31st January, 2024 in this regard is taken on record. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
