This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

It appears from the order-sheet that the last date for hearing of the said application was fixed on September 14, 2023. Since this is a money suit filed in the year 2021, the interest of justice would be sub-served if a direction for expeditious hearing of the said application is passed. 3.

Accordingly, C.O. 3080 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 2nd Bench of City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up hearing of the petition filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Money Suit No.9 of 2021 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
