Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Kaliganj P.S once in a month is waived. However, petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing without fail.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.
