CRR 3360 of 2023 From the records of the revisional application, it is reflected that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in CRR 167 of 2023 vide order dated 21.7.2023 was pleased to observe as follows:

"Considering such aspect of the matter, the instant application is rejected. However, this order will not disentitle the petitioner to pray for appropriate relief in accordance with law before the appropriate Court of law."

Having regard to the directions/orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, this Court is not empowered to pass further orders/directions.

However, the petitioner would adhere to the order passed in CRR 167 of 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3360 of 2023 is disposed of.
