The petitioner has been granted interim bail on 25.09.2025, more than 21⁄2 months passed since such order was passed. Learned advocate for the NCB is present.

However, no adverse report has been submitted before this Court. Consequently, the interim bail granted on 25.9.2025 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions as was imposed while granting interim bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1131 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.
