The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated August 22, 2023.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the respondent authorities have constructed a drainage in front of the premises allegedly belonging to the petitioner.

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by the impugned construction, there are severe constraints in the ingress and egress to the petitioner's property.

The above submissions are disputed by the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that above drainage has been constructed on the land belonging to the State and the petitioner has no

possible right in so far as the said construction is concerned.

It is further contended on behalf of the State that the above impugned construction does not block the ingress and egress of the petitioner's property.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 21435 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.

to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated August 22, 2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties including due notice.

With the above directions, WPA 21435 of 2023 stands disposed of.

In considering the above representation, the respondent no. 10 shall not be influenced by any observation or finding, made in this order. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
