The writ petitioners complain that the private respondent has effected construction on the petitioners' land by encroachment and has also blocked egress and ingress to the property.

The dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent is purely civil in nature. Appropriate civil proceeding may be taken out.

The Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.

6.
