Considering the nature of relief asked for I am of the view that dispute arises is purely civil in nature since petitioner himself is submitting that he has come up for enforcement/implementation the order of the civil Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 21437 of 2023 and accordingly the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail any remedy available to him under the law.
