He submits father in law of the victim housewife has been granted anticipatory bail. Incident occurred at the parental home of the victim housewife. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. Victim housewife committed suicide within four months of marriage. Statements of witnesses show petitioner tortured the victim over demand of dowry.

In view of the aforesaid materials, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
