Sri Purushottam Mondal Mr. Susanto Pal .... For the petitioner Mr. Saibal Kumar Acharyya Mr. Pradip Paul Ms. Renesa Dey .... For alleged contemner The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that his client is agreeable to return to her husband's house and live with him.

Mr. Acharrya, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemner/husband submits that his client is willing to take good care of his wife, the applicant herein. He further submits that while he went to participate in the conciliation process between the wife and the husband he was threatened by the son in the Court premises. The learned advocate for the petitioner/wife submits that the son lost his temper essentially out of concern for his mother.

Since the alleged contemner/husband has given undertaking before this Court to treat his wife properly the applicant wife may return to her husband's house and live with her husband. Officerin-Charge, Sankrail Police Station shall depute a

lady constable once in a week to ascertain the well being of the applicant. The son shall be entitled to visit his mother once in a while and enquire of her well being.

With the aforesaid direction, this contempt application is disposed of.
