Affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor is taken on record. The apology tendered by the alleged contemnor is not accepted.

This Court has found deliberate and willful inaction on the part of the alleged contemnor. There is belated compliance. The delay in compliance, however, is found to be deliberate.

In these circumstances, the contemnor shall pay cost assessed at Rs.5,000/- to the applicant within a period of seven days from date.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
