Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the concerned authority has already extended the permit, albeit with certain conditions.

The petitioner now seeks to challenge those conditions.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the conditions imposed in the extension order, in accordance with law. WPA 21623 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
