The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 3 being the District Controller to withdraw, annul, revoke, rescind the decision of rejection of the candidature of the writ petitioner for issuing license of Fair Price Shop dealership being Vacancy ID No. 202200247417 and reconsider the application dated August 14, 2024 of the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 has not been disposed of by the authorities concerned.

Considering the said fact and the grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation dated 09.04.2025 submitted by

the petitioner, before the respondent no. 1, who shall now send the said representation to the respondent no. 3 for consideration as per direction of this Court. The respondent no. 3 on receiving the said application or on receiving a copy of the application from the petitioner, shall decide the representation, on hearing the concerned parties, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order within 60 days from the communication of this order.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
